Logan Pratt Joins Graceland Men’s Basketball Staff as Assistant Coach

Graceland University men's basketball has added a new member to its coaching staff, naming Logan Pratt as an assistant coach for the 2025-26 season. Pratt joins Head Coach Todd Lorensen and Associate Head Coach Matt Dickman on the Yellowjackets’ bench.

Pratt arrives in Lamoni after spending the past two seasons as a graduate assistant at Briar Cliff University. During his time with the Chargers, he played a key role in player development and oversaw the program’s developmental team, gaining valuable experience in building and mentoring collegiate athletes.

Before his stint at Briar Cliff, Pratt began his coaching career at Lake Region State College, where he served as an assistant for both the men’s and women’s basketball programs. His responsibilities there included skill development, scouting, and game preparation—experience that helped shape his comprehensive approach to coaching.

As a player, Pratt enjoyed a standout career at the University of Jamestown. Over four seasons, he helped guide the Jimmies to a 95-38 record, a GPAC championship, and three national tournament appearances, including two Sweet 16 runs and a trip to the Elite Eight.

Now stepping into his first season at Graceland, Pratt brings a championship mindset, player-first philosophy, and a growing resume that aligns with the program's vision for success in the Heart of America Athletic Conference.
