Yellowjackets Add Mercer Golfer Kobe to Incoming Class

MERCER, Missouri — The Yellowjackets men's golf program has added a local standout to its recruiting class with the signing of Mercer (Mo.) golfer Kobe, head coach Kevin Brunner announced.

A native of Mercer, Missouri, Kobe has developed a reputation as a solid and consistent player during his high school career. Competing under head coach Dan Martin, he built a strong foundation in competitive play and arrives ready to contribute to the Yellowjackets lineup.

"Kobe has a contagious smile and is a great golfer," said head coach Kevin Brunner. "He will be a nice addition to the team. It is always great to have the local prospects join the Yellowjackets."

Kobe's addition continues the program's effort to bring in talented regional players who can make an impact both on the course and within the team culture.

The Yellowjackets will welcome Kobe to campus as part of their upcoming recruiting class.
