Graceland Men’s Golf Announces Signing of Carter Thompson

MEADVILLE, Missouri — The Graceland University men's golf program has announced the signing of Carter Thompson for the upcoming season, as confirmed by head coach Kevin Brunner.

A native of Brookfield, Missouri, Thompson competed at Meadville High School in Meadville, Missouri, where he developed a reputation for steady play and consistent scoring. His experience at the prep level and disciplined approach to the game position him as a valuable addition to the Yellowjackets' roster.

Thompson's ability to maintain composure and deliver reliable rounds aligns with Graceland's emphasis on course management and competitive consistency. In addition to his work on the course, he has demonstrated commitment in the classroom, meeting the program's expectations for student-athlete success.

"We are looking forward to having Carter's talent on the team next year," Brunner said. "He is consistent on the course and a good student in the classroom."

The Yellowjackets continue to build depth within the program as they prepare for the next competitive cycle in the Heart of America Athletic Conference. Thompson's addition reflects Graceland's focus on recruiting student-athletes who bring both performance and academic reliability.
